Warranty shall start from the date of shipping to the original customer for the product. It’s the duty of KanQ instrument to make the inspection and testing before delivery out the goods to customers. Determination of replacement or repair will be confirmed by our sales and technical personnel. If the products is out of warranty and need for the repair service, the repair cost (materials and labor cost ) will be charged depend on mutual discussion.
